💰 £40,000 - £50,000 per year
About the role
- Win new business: identify, target, and secure new wholesale and retail accounts.
- Grow existing accounts: confidently sell new and complementary ranges to current clients.
- Spend 3 days on the road meeting clients, and the 2 other days driving leads, booking meetings, and engaging key decision makers and working on Strategy.
- Work closely with (and potentially manage) a team of three office-based sales and account managers, ensuring leads are converted and relationships are maximised.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Report on progress, sales performance, and customer development through CRM.
