About the role

  • Define the enterprise architecture for Power Platform
  • Establish the baseline environment architecture, including environments, solution layers, ALM processes, DLP policies, and access models
  • Develop reusable templates, component libraries, connectors, and shared resources to accelerate internal development
  • Optimize licensing strategies, usage models, and platform design to minimize total cost of ownership
  • Define and implement governance policies across security, performance, monitoring, auditing, and lifecycle management
  • Establish standards for application design, UI/UX, naming conventions, solution layering, and integration patterns
  • Build documentation, architectural guidelines, and internal reference material for current and future development teams
  • Architect integrations between Power Platform and various Microsoft and third-party APIs
  • Design secure data pipelines and scalable automation processes using industry best practices
  • Provide oversight and architectural direction to future Power Apps developers and citizen developers
  • Review solution designs and ensure adherence to architectural standards and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with business analysts and U.S.-based stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and functional needs
  • Monitor the health, performance, capacity, and cost of the Power Platform ecosystem
  • Recommend continuous improvements in architecture, governance, and automation strategies
  • Evaluate new Microsoft tools, AI capabilities, and features to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Proven experience designing enterprise architecture for Power Platform environments
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure AD security models
  • Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services
  • Strong understanding of ALM, DLP policies, solution layering, and governance practices
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with U.S.-based business and technical teams
  • Stable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote collaboration and video calls
  • Experience with C#/.NET for building backend services, Azure Functions, custom APIs, and custom connectors (preferred)
  • Experience optimizing Power Platform licensing and cost models (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and security practices (preferred)
  • Azure certifications (AZ-900, PL-400, PL-600, DP-900, etc.) (preferred)
