About the role

  • Architect and lead the deployment of a global system that builds problem-solving capability
  • Embed scientific thinking and drive cultural change
  • Collaborate across regions and functions to coach leaders
  • Design scalable development pathways and integrate Lean behaviors into daily operations
  • Coach and mentor leaders and teams in core Lean concepts
  • Establish systems for measuring and sustaining Lean maturity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
  • Extensive knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement tools
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience translating lean concepts to business process, digital, and commercial work content is desirable, but not expected
  • Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations environment preferred.
