About the role
- Architect and lead the deployment of a global system that builds problem-solving capability
- Embed scientific thinking and drive cultural change
- Collaborate across regions and functions to coach leaders
- Design scalable development pathways and integrate Lean behaviors into daily operations
- Coach and mentor leaders and teams in core Lean concepts
- Establish systems for measuring and sustaining Lean maturity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
- Extensive knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement tools
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience translating lean concepts to business process, digital, and commercial work content is desirable, but not expected
- Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations environment preferred.
