Product Manager

• Define and evolve the product roadmaps for VantagePoint, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and commercialization for new features and enhancements including pricing, positioning, and launch strategies.
• Partner with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Operations) to ensure all product activities meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Identify and prioritize client pain points in receivables and reporting experiences.
• Ensure VantagePoint remains competitive and compliant with evolving industry standards.
• Design and deliver solutions that streamline payment processing and improve visibility across platforms like SinglePoint.
• Partner with Sales, Implementation, Customer Support, Merchant Payment Solutions, and development teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders driving alignment and accountability.
• Monitor product KPIs including revenue growth, client acquisition, and operational efficiency.
• Proactively manage risk through PRISM, BCI, and TPRM processes.
