Engineer

• Design, configure, and deploy VoIP systems, including PBX, SIP trunks, IP phones, call servers, and call management software.
• Integrate VoIP solutions with existing IT and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain VoIP systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot VoIP issues related to connectivity, call quality, registration, latency, jitter, and packet loss.
• Manage incidents and service requests related to VoIP, escalating as needed.
• Develop and implement security protocols for VoIP systems.
• Optimize system settings for improved call quality, reliability, and security.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for VoIP configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Perform other position-level duties as required.
