About the role
- Own the design and execution of statistically sound experiments with limited oversight
- Lead power analyses and recommend appropriate sample sizes to stakeholders
- Translate business needs into analytical approaches and communicate trade-offs clearly
- Analyze test results at both macro and micro levels, identifying actionable insights
- Create compelling data narratives to influence decision-making across teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to inform roadmaps and drive client impact
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in experimentation workflows and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python with the ability to work independently
- 2+ years of experience designing and analyzing experiments
- Solid understanding of statistics, including frequentist and Bayesian approaches
- Experience presenting results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and proposing structure
- A self-starter mindset and strong sense of ownership over your work
