About the role
- Phone-based customer support (inbound and outbound)
- Support with technical or organizational issues
- Documentation in the ticketing system/CRM
- Technical assistance for PC/network issues (depending on strengths)
- Preparation of informational materials and presentations (PowerPoint)
- Linguistically demanding communication and written text work
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working on the phone
- Technical understanding (PC/network basics)
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
- Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
