About the role

  • Responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines
  • Coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services
  • Plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents
  • Distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility
  • Ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations

Requirements

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
  • Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
  • Must possess a strong sense of personal organization and time management
  • Must have impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
