Manage and oversee shift operations; act as liaison between client's program managers and vehicle specialists/operators.
Manage a team of operators and ensure efficient delivery of missions requested by client.
Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints.
Coordinate, monitor and supervise activities of subordinates; inform management of operational/personnel problems and propose resolutions.
Respond to service problems and investigate unsafe location/situation reports.
Develop and schedule program work plans in accordance with client specifications; oversee daily operations, coordinate program activities, and determine priorities.
Maintain a high standard of safety across the program and team.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2 or more years operations experience leading teams.
Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules.
Ability to understand and interpret system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends; flexible shifts if needed.
