Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR or People roles, ideally in the tech industry or startups.
  • Experience leading People strategy and operations in growing teams (30–100 ppl).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance, and culture.
  • Empathy, communication, and a genuine interest in people’s growth.
  • Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Fluent English and comfort working remotely.
  • Nice to have: mentoring experience, familiarity with OKRs or Agile, passion for continuous learning.
