About the role
- Design and lead the People strategy aligned with business goals and company culture.
- Partner with leadership on structure, talent, and growth planning.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, performance, and engagement processes.
- Mentor and develop the People team.
- Promote trust-based communication, feedback, and work-life balance.
- Use data to monitor and improve key people metrics.
- Foster an environment of learning and career growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR or People roles, ideally in the tech industry or startups.
- Experience leading People strategy and operations in growing teams (30–100 ppl).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance, and culture.
- Empathy, communication, and a genuine interest in people’s growth.
- Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Fluent English and comfort working remotely.
- Nice to have: mentoring experience, familiarity with OKRs or Agile, passion for continuous learning.
