About the role
- Align Teams and M365 capabilities with Truist’s Digital Workplace transformation goals and product/service delivery model.
- Serve as a strategic enabler and thought leader, ensuring the platform supports collaboration, productivity, and operational agility.
- Manage new app integrations within Teams and M365, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
- Lead adoption initiatives through tailored training, support, and environment strategies that empower teammates to use M365 tools effectively.
- Embed governance and lifecycle management practices across Teams and M365 services.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify innovation opportunities and inform strategic investments.
- Develop business cases that articulate the value of M365 investments in terms of agility, resilience, and digital fluency.
- Monitor platform performance and user engagement to inform continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate technology and business enablement future-state recommendations to a variety of audiences (from Board level/Executive Management to technologists to end-users) such that it engenders buy-in and active support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Management Information Systems-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- Fifteen to twenty years of progressively responsible leadership experience in technology
- Fifteen to twenty years of experience in technology strategy and/or architectural domains
- Comprehensive experience with various architectural domains such as application, data, infrastructure, security and integration
- Broad understanding of technology, architectural and strategic-planning concepts
- Ability to identify and translate enterprise-level needs into technology plans/business solutions
- Ability to interact effectively with Executive Management
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Substantial experience as a senior-level and effective negotiator (internal and external negotiations)
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
