About the role

  • Create and implement a comprehensive Teammate Value Proposition (TVP) strategy
  • Define and evolve the Teammate Value Proposition (TVP) strategy
  • Enhance and manage the candidate journey
  • Lead employee advocacy initiatives
  • Manage employer presence on talent platforms
  • Nurture talent pipelines and communities
  • Strategize engaging content campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
  • Measure and report on TVP impact
  • Lead our employer awards and recognition strategy

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated enterprise level employer branding or transferable recruiting/talent experience
  • Ability to lead, manage, and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced and nimble environment across the Talent landscape
  • Ability to implement a strategic approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategy
  • Experience with CMS, CRM, online reputation, email marketing, website analytics, and paid advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment that’s fast paced and dynamic
