About the role
- Create and implement a comprehensive Teammate Value Proposition (TVP) strategy
- Define and evolve the Teammate Value Proposition (TVP) strategy
- Enhance and manage the candidate journey
- Lead employee advocacy initiatives
- Manage employer presence on talent platforms
- Nurture talent pipelines and communities
- Strategize engaging content campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Measure and report on TVP impact
- Lead our employer awards and recognition strategy
Requirements
- 5-10 years of demonstrated enterprise level employer branding or transferable recruiting/talent experience
- Ability to lead, manage, and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced and nimble environment across the Talent landscape
- Ability to implement a strategic approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategy
- Experience with CMS, CRM, online reputation, email marketing, website analytics, and paid advertising platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a team environment that’s fast paced and dynamic
