About the role
- Engage with internal CSBB partners to define reporting and data insight requirements
- Design, develop and deliver reports and insights
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations from datasets
- Execute data and report validation for quality assurance
- Identify process improvements using technical skills
- Represent team on cross-functional workforce management and operations management projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education or related training
- 2-5 years of reporting and analytics experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, modelling)
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations to tell a compelling story using data and analytics
- Advanced degree (preferred)
- Background in Branch Banking (preferred)
- Experience with business intelligence visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Visier) (preferred)
- Project management and process improvement skills (preferred)
- Previous experience working in digital banking with Agile teams (preferred)
