About the role

  • Engage with internal CSBB partners to define reporting and data insight requirements
  • Design, develop and deliver reports and insights
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations from datasets
  • Execute data and report validation for quality assurance
  • Identify process improvements using technical skills
  • Represent team on cross-functional workforce management and operations management projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education or related training
  • 2-5 years of reporting and analytics experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, modelling)
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations to tell a compelling story using data and analytics
  • Advanced degree (preferred)
  • Background in Branch Banking (preferred)
  • Experience with business intelligence visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Visier) (preferred)
  • Project management and process improvement skills (preferred)
  • Previous experience working in digital banking with Agile teams (preferred)
