• Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and resolving discrepancies in claim payments.
• Works closely with team members and the client to ensure contract information is provided.
• Proactively researches and identifies claim reimbursement discrepancies.
• Reviews and interprets payer contracts and ensures accurate modeling.
• Works with payors through verbal, online and/or written communication to correct underpayments on claims.
• Manages Contract Management processes for multiple clients.
• Maintains tracking system and reporting on appeals and under payment recoupments.
