About the role
- Partner with teams and delivery leadership across the unit to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy
- Plan and monitor resource utilization based on contracts; proactively allocate available resources to billable roles
- Develop, update, and track contracts using SAP
- Manage and track client project portfolios — including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for internal and client-facing purposes; manage client approval workflows
- Identify and resolve gaps in time tracking and billing processes to ensure high-quality data
- Provide operational support to help delivery leadership stay aligned with delivery and financial goals
- Support monthly financial closure routines and assist managers with related processes and issue resolution
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly and professionally
- Create and maintain operational spreadsheets and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding budget status and delivery health
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in operational management, analytics, or delivery support roles
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.)
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Systems thinking — ability to navigate between portfolio, project, and team-level processes
- Understanding of business communication and professional ethics
