About the role
- Supporting our customers' main users in using the network information system
- Isolating and resolving problems related to software use and environments
- Documentation of product enhancements and defects
- Installing new software versions in customers' environments
- You will also get to collaborate with experts responsible for product development and customer projects, among others.
- Your work is independent expert work, but you will always have your own team and the creators of the industry-leading network information system in the background.
Requirements
- Education suitable for the role (IT, electrical engineering, energy or similar)
- Good knowledge of maintaining Oracle, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL server database managers
- Good experience of T-SQL
- Knowledge of relation databases and some integration platform
- Ability to solve problems independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and customers
- Strong customer-centric mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional technical support.
- Fluent in Finnish and English, oral and writing
- Your advantages in this role are good IT skills (Saas/Cloud Azure) and a desire to increase this knowledge, as well as knowledge of Trimble NIS / DMS solutions and/or Scada solutions.
- It is also an advantage to be able to communicate in Swedish.
