About the role
- Own the successful execution of global B2B marketing projects
- Establish, track, and manage project schedules, progress, and dependencies
- Act as the key operational liaison across diverse internal teams
- Prepare and maintain clear and concise activity logs and reports
- Manage and track project expenses against established marketing budget
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or business operations
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficient with Project Management Software (Wrike, Asana, SmartSheet or similar)
- Understanding of sales and marketing technologies (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud/Pardot/Marketo, ABM Platforms)
- Project Management certifications (CAPM, PMP, CSM) are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
