About the role
- Responsible for generating revenue by supporting the growth of our existing customer base
- Finding, developing, and closing contracts for software subscriptions and consulting services
- Manage customer relationships for growth
- Identify and convert new sales targets
- Deliver coverage and focus on key product offerings
- Gain access and meet with senior management and executive level decision makers
- Manage all aspects of the sales process
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data via CRM software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $750k
- Exemplary presentation and communication across all levels of an organization
- Advanced selling capability
- Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce.com
- Ability to travel up to 50% and rent a car for customer visits
- Preferred prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills with customers/prospects as well as with internal resources
- Exposure to the MEP Construction Industry
