• Manage the daily activity of Global Benefit Plans for all team members, including our international teams.
• This includes Retirement, Medical, Dental, Vision Disability, Life Insurance plans, Health Savings Accounts, Employee Assistance Programs.
• Effectively manage and interpret LOA, Workers’ compensation processes including claims monitoring and ADA implications.
• Conduct New Hire Benefit Orientation and participate in annual Open Enrollment.
• Troubleshoot and assist Team Members in HRIS system (WorkDay).
