• Develop and execute a clear, long-term marketing strategy for Tribe X
• Identify opportunities for brand positioning, thought leadership, and industry recognition
• Maintain and elevate our luxury, understated, and purpose-driven identity across all channels
• Own strategy, ideation, and execution across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with our agency’s goals
• Write or guide smart, engaging copy aligned with our voice
• Oversee visual curation to ensure an aesthetic, high-end grid and visual identity
• Schedule, post, and analyze performance regularly
• Plan and allocate budget for digital campaigns promoting Tribe X across key markets
• Coordinate targeting, creatives, and performance reporting
• Maintain and continuously improve the Tribe X website
• Ensure the site reflects our brand, showcases work effectively, and is optimized for performance
• Lead on content and structural updates, working with designers/developers as needed
• Build a PR plan to elevate the presence of our founders and leadership team
• Pitch and secure speaking opportunities, podcast features, guest articles, and interviews
• Ideate and execute out-of-the-box marketing initiatives that drive attention and brand love
• Create thoughtful client engagement experiences that strengthen relationships with current and potential clients
• Plan and manage client gifting programs, curated in line with Tribe X’s luxury aesthetic and values
• Organize intimate gatherings, or brand-hosted events that position Tribe X as a community hub for innovative, high-caliber brands
