About the role
- Lead Tribe X’s global sales and marketing strategy—from positioning and outreach to deal-closing and retention.
- Refresh and elevate our entire brand presence, from the website and case studies to social media and sales decks.
- Design and execute GTM plans to expand into new verticals.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and paid media teams to develop irresistible propositions that win high-value clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients across the UAE, Europe, and the US—and turn them into long-term partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing—ideally both—within a creative, media, or digital agency.
- A proven track record of driving growth and leading successful marketing and client acquisition strategies.
- Understanding of luxury brands.
- Excellent storytelling, pitch, and presentation skills—whether face-to-face or in a deck.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Independent, self-driven, and hungry to lead, scale, and make a real mark.
