About the role

  • Assisting with legal matters related to all types of M&A transactions, investments and other strategic transactions,
  • Conducting due diligence to detect legal and business-related issues, coordination of the due diligence exercise and drafting due diligence reports,
  • General overview and supervision of the corporate and commercial law matters concerning group companies (both local and international), drafting and assisting with the preparation and follow-up of general corporate documentation including articles of association, board and general assembly resolutions,
  • Working closely with internal business and compliance teams, management and coordination of external advisors and experts,
  • Preparing legal opinions on corporate and commercial law matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law with a strong academic record from a reputable university,
  • Min 1-2 years of experience as a lawyer (following obtaining license) preferably in one of the reputable law firms working in M&A and corporate projects,
  • Fluency in written and oral English,
  • Strong communication, effective time-management, negotiation and representing skills,
  • Capable of multitasking, ability to manage stress and strict deadlines,
  • Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, very good legal writing skills,
  • Excellent research and follow-up abilities,
  • Solid skills using MS office tools.
