About the role

  • Design, develop and maintain high-scale streaming platform services.
  • Developing custom products according to domain needs and integrating open-source technologies into the system end-to-end.
  • Elevate developer experience to the highest level by creating self-service tools and platforms.
  • Apply automation and IaC principles to create reliable, reproducible environments across staging and production.
  • Working with product and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, fault-tolerant systems that satisfy critical performance SLAs.
  • Own end-to-end platform services: Monitoring, production hardening, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with security teams for vulnerability management and risk processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience software development at least one of the following languages (Go, Java, Python).
  • Expertise with distributed systems, Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience infrastructure as code tools such as (Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining highly reliable and resilient production systems.
  • Experience Data Streaming Platforms. Experience in Kafka is a significant plus.
  • Agile-minded humble team player with strong communication skills.
