About the role
- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive people initiatives and deliver required business objectives
- Provide strategic and tactical advice, support and solutions on people matters to build organisational and leadership capability
- Implement strategies and plans to develop and grow people capability and manage associated change
- Provide support across Sydney Trains Suburban Services Branch, including travel to depot locations
- Deliver people initiatives and support People Leaders to ensure organisational objectives are met
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Human Resources within a Blue-Collar environment
- Proven experience influencing and operating in a complex predominantly blue-collar, industrially sensitive customer centric environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and case management skills
- Engaging and energetic with commitment to employee experience
- Ability to travel to various depot locations to support People Leaders across the Sydney Trains Suburban Services Branch
