About the role
- Own and continuously improve the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, from quote creation through order processing and Finance handoff.
- Develop and manage SLAs with Finance and Legal to ensure predictable turnaround times.
- Build and maintain the approval matrix and signing authority matrix in coordination with Legal and Finance.
- Serve as the business owner for DealHub, managing product/pricing setup, and integration with Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales, CS and RevOps to ensure DealHub workflows reflect current business policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk / Q2C Operations within a high-velocity SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and DealHub or similar CPQ / Contracting tools
- Exposure to Finance or Legal operations: order management, revenue compliance, contract review preferred
