About the role

  • Lead, structure, and optimize Rore Active’s overall CRM strategy
  • Build, optimize, and orchestrate campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Develop advanced customer segmentation to maximize the relevance of communications
  • Design, refine, and enhance automated journeys and CRM triggers
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret KPIs, and produce regular reports
  • Conduct benchmarks to stay at the forefront of e‑commerce CRM best practices
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase retention and strengthen customer loyalty

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, ideally including one or more roles in e‑commerce CRM
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, or alternatively other CRM platforms (Iterable, Batch, Clevertap, Braze, etc.)
  • Strategic vision, autonomy, and the ability to structure an action plan
  • Analytical rigor, creativity, and strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a team and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Motivated by building an innovative and ambitious project in the sports and nutrition sector
  • Reside in the Alpes‑Maritimes (06) or be willing to relocate there
