About the role
- Lead, structure, and optimize Rore Active’s overall CRM strategy
- Build, optimize, and orchestrate campaigns in Klaviyo
- Develop advanced customer segmentation to maximize the relevance of communications
- Design, refine, and enhance automated journeys and CRM triggers
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret KPIs, and produce regular reports
- Conduct benchmarks to stay at the forefront of e‑commerce CRM best practices
- Propose innovative ideas to increase retention and strengthen customer loyalty
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, ideally including one or more roles in e‑commerce CRM
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, or alternatively other CRM platforms (Iterable, Batch, Clevertap, Braze, etc.)
- Strategic vision, autonomy, and the ability to structure an action plan
- Analytical rigor, creativity, and strong attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Motivated by building an innovative and ambitious project in the sports and nutrition sector
- Reside in the Alpes‑Maritimes (06) or be willing to relocate there
