Primary account nurturer responsible for retention and partnering with the Account Executive on revenue protection and growth strategies
Analyze performance data, present insights, and make strategic recommendations to maximize dealer ROI
Advocate for product enhancements and escalate issues to ensure fast resolution
Retain and grow a book of business through strategic, proactive communication and build trusted relationships
Dive deep into digital advertising KPIs (CPC, CTR, VDP views, lead conversion rates) and present performance versus competition
Identify expansion opportunities, refer sales opportunities, and guide dealers through package adjustments with Account Executive
Train dealerships on new features and act as an extension of the Onboarding program
Monitor account health, identify risks, implement solutions, and provide proactive support
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and leadership as the voice of the customer
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Digital Marketing Strategist, preferably within a SaaS or digital advertising company
Direct experience in or strong familiarity with the digital marketplaces and an understanding of typical dealership operations is highly required
Proven ability to conduct data analysis and collect data
Comfortable with digital advertising metrics and able to translate complex data into a simple, compelling narrative for clients
Demonstrated experience in a consultative sales or account expansion role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding retention and revenue targets
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead performance reviews and strategic discussions with key decision-makers
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, GA) is a plus
A highly motivated, proactive, and organized self-starter who can manage a diverse book of business effectively
