• Product demonstrations to Golf Courses, Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, Ambitious Amateurs, Indoor Facilities, Entrepreneurs and other golf client segments
• Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
• Proposal preparation, opportunity management and order administration
• Support our new customers with training, education and 1st level technical support
• Assist our customers in the planning and execution of successful launch events for indoor golf centres
• Provide a voice for our customers at internal meetings to senior leaders and product owners
