Accounting Manager

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies set by our “Finance Excellence” function.
• Manage external audits, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors to ensure a smooth and successful audit process.
• Oversee the preparation of internal reports and financial analysis of Actuals for the FP&A team.
• Serve as a business partner and sparring partner for other finance functions, including finance teams in subsidiaries, providing expert guidance on all matters of group accounting, consolidation, and the interpretation of financial actuals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the group accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key user for our consolidation and reporting systems (Navision Business Central / LucaNet).
