About the role
- Craft engaging, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and interactive assets
- Design user-friendly digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and interactive elements
- Partner with other creative team members and client partners to ensure designs enhance the user journey
- Apply accessibility and usability best practices to all design work (WCAG)
- Adapt visuals for different audiences, platforms, and environments
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and at a high standard
- Explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to elevate user experience
- Participate in an integrated in-house agency collaborating with client partners to shape experiences for a Fortune 500 brand
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a focus on UX/UI and digital design
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Able to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive design solutions
- Collaborative and confident in presenting design decisions to stakeholders
- Comfortable iterating based on feedback, user testing, and data insights
- Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and visual design skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Naturally curious and eager to stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
- Must have agency experience
- An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing UX/UI design work and digital marketing materials is required.
