About the role
- Individualized care in a private household — no tour nursing
- Intensive medical monitoring and basic and treatment care in the home setting
- Act as the primary contact for the patient and their relatives
- Maintain communication and coordination with therapists
- Carry out rehabilitative measures and provide social support
- Maintain nursing documentation
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse
- Alternatively, you are already a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care, a nursing expert for out-of-hospital intensive and ventilator care, a specialist nurse in intensive care/anesthesia, or a respiratory therapist
- Driver's license
- Interest in outpatient care of patients requiring intensive nursing
- Passion for 1:1 (one-to-one) nursing
- Work conscientiously, independently, and responsibly
- Empathetic and provide compassionate care to your patient
