About the role

  • Collaborate and lead with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
  • Deliver customer value by ensuring restaurants and their employees are paid safely and securely
  • Work on innovative new projects around pay and benefits
  • Lead engagements with external business partners, technology teams, and integration teams
  • Drive the roadmap and delivery of strategic features, integration, and platform offerings

Requirements

  • Experience with fintech products in the realm of instant funds access, payments, and BaaS providers
  • Experience driving cross-team initiatives and building interpersonal relationships with a range of personalities
  • Strong program management and communication skills; detail-oriented and will take a bias towards action
  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • A basic understanding of the US Healthcare and Benefits space, including ACA, Safe 2.0, etc
  • Experiences in Payments and BaaS
  • Experience leading through influence and advocacy
  • Knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industry
