About the role
- Own the O2C systems roadmap for your domains
- Deliver product increments end‑to‑end
- Integrate systems across Salesforce/CRM, CPQ, billing/AR, payment gateways, tax engines, etc.
- Improve core workflows: order processing, invoice generation, payments, collections automation
- Define KPIs & dashboards for operational health
- Partner on controls with Controllership/Compliance
- Run change management: UAT plans, training, rollout communications
- Vendor & tool rationalization.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of product management or platform ownership
- Practical understanding of O2C processes in a SaaS, payments, or subscription business
- Experience integrating major systems via APIs/iPaaS
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with compliance (SOX, PCI) and controls
- Clear, concise communication across Finance, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market stakeholders
- Nice to have: Exposure to Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe/Adyen, Avalara, and experience applying automation/AI to finance workflows.
