• - Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party PSPs, following established procedures and security measures.
• - Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
• - Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members.
• - Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
• - Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
• - Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
• - Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the morning shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• - Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system.
