About the role
- Requirements analysis: You are responsible for analyzing and documenting process requirements in the areas of development or production.
- Concept development: You create IT designs, migration concepts and process adaptations — pragmatic and future-proof.
- Business unit consulting: You support all process stakeholders through to productive implementation and ensure smooth operations.
- System development: You contribute your ideas to shaping the IT landscape in the PLM/PDM environment or in the ERP system.
- Process optimization: You identify opportunities to improve efficiency and manage their implementation in close coordination with all stakeholders.
- Project responsibility: You coordinate internal and external project participants, manage service providers and ensure a transparent change process.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in cross-functional process consulting within manufacturing companies.
- Solid know-how in engineering or production processes and associated systems.
- Very good German and good English skills (minimum B2).
- Structured thinking, team spirit and strong consulting skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier, as well as JavaScript, Python or Node.js.
- Experience with ERP systems and their integration processes.
