About the role

  • Own BI delivery for Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Business Development, Client Success, and Finance.
  • Build KPI frameworks, departmental dashboards, and cross-functional reporting within Tidal’s BI governance model.
  • Translate workflows into BI requirements, ensure Snowflake/DBT models reflect business rules, and validate operational datasets prior to business use.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in BI, analytics, or operational reporting.
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake experience; DBT familiarity preferred.
  • Hands-on dashboarding experience in Sigma or similar BI reporting tool
  • Understanding of operational functions: Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, CSM.
  • Experience defining KPI frameworks and business logic.
