About the role
- You are responsible for the (co-)design and development of the backends for our next-generation software
- You actively contribute your expertise and work independently within extremely flat hierarchies on an exciting new project, with room to make your own contributions
- You work for interesting clients and topics with a focus on music and festivals
- You support quality assurance and the continuous improvement of our infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience developing web applications with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- A passion for clean, well-structured code and efficient architecture
- Experience connecting APIs and integrating third-party systems
- Good understanding of databases, testing, and frontend technologies
- Experience in a technical or organizational backend lead role (a plus, not required)
- Knowledge of API design and microservices
- Enthusiasm for music, festivals, and everything that comes with them
