Requirements
- This position is part time. We are looking for someone who can work 25 hours/week, preferably 5 hours/day Monday through Friday during which time your focus will be assisting customers.
- A major plus is being able to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday.
- Prior experience in customer service helpful.
- You have superior communication skills - writing will be most of your job.
- The ability to express complex subjects in a simple way will be a key to your success.
- You know how retail and running a business works.
- You are a problem-solver - You can find creative solutions to complex problems, and do so with a smile!
- You manage your time wisely.
- You can wear a lot of hats. You’ll be responsible for billing questions, semi-technical questions, setup questions and more.
- You play well with others - Even when questioning the status quo, you still work within the team.
- You can embrace the occasional "grind" .
- You get to the root of the issue.
