About the role

  • Build user-facing features driving the CoCounsel chat application
  • Develop application code and component libraries
  • Lead technical solutions on backend engineering
  • Collaborate with colleagues up and down the technical stack
  • Share expertise regarding evolving LLM capabilities

Requirements

  • At least five years professional software development experience
  • Formal computer science education is a plus but is not required
  • Experience in technical leadership such as mentoring other engineers
  • Deep expertise in back-end technologies and architectures (e.g., Python, React, FastAPI)
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience with AWS/GCP, large language models, machine learning applications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • A self-starter mentality with quick learning and adaptability
