About the role
- Direct, coordinate, and manage technical and operational aspects of projects
- Ensure successful completion of clinical trials within agreed timelines and budget
- Lead clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies
- Collaborate with project manager and clinical management team
- Develop clinical tools and maintain documentation
- Regularly communicate with the clinical team and lead meetings
- Monitor clinical trials to assess performance and ensure compliance
- Prepare and review clinical activity timelines and provide updates
- Coordinate start-up activities and ensure document quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience comparable to 5+ years
- Strong leadership skills and effective mentoring
- Strong planning and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of change management principles
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical monitoring practices
- Strong judgment, decision making, and risk leadership skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong financial competence and knowledge of budgeting
- Strong computer skills with office applications
- Ability to independently handle clinical studies
