About the role

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Oncology and Reproductive Health applications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
  • Align marketing strategies with product offerings.

  • Lead product launch plans and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in global marketing, with a focus on healthcare, oncology, or reproductive health
  • Proven history of developing and implementing successful global marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of genomics applications
  • Strong background in marketing equipment, reagents and consumables
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques
