About the role

  • Manages an entire scope of a small project or scope of work
  • Assists with informational flow and tracking
  • Makes recommendations for product and people conflict resolution
  • Assists in finalizing budget
  • Plays an active role in preparing professional bid packages
  • Manages relationships with Owner / Operator
  • Assists field team with daily issue resolution
  • Coordinates with multiple internal WDI and DX departments and external entities
  • Assists with Punch / Completion Lists
  • Provides administrative assistance to field team

Requirements

  • 5+ years outside job-related experience or 2-5 years WDI construction management experience
  • Experience with scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and quality control
  • Experience preparing professional bid packages
  • Experience hiring outside vendors
  • Ability to understand the needs of the client and to manage relationships between the owner/operator
  • Ability to comfortably communicate with project team, vendors, consultants, and WDI/DPEP partners
  • Understanding of the Project Development process
  • Understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Task management
  • Expanded computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
