About the role

  • Shape and lead a world-class Revenue Operations function
  • Optimize how we generate, manage, and accelerate revenue
  • Collaborate closely with Area and Regional VPs of Sales and Customer Success
  • Drive alignment, clarity, and execution across revenue-generating teams
  • Design and build a best-in-class revenue operations function to drive sales process efficiency
  • Partner with field sales leaders and stakeholders to identify and drive process excellence

Requirements

  • 7+ years Sales or Revenue Operations experience in a Saas organization
  • Significant experience in leading cross-functional teams, especially across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Strong skills in data analysis and business intelligence tools
  • Excellent leadership skills; ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.) and best practices for design and administration.
