About the role
- Shape and lead a world-class Revenue Operations function
- Optimize how we generate, manage, and accelerate revenue
- Collaborate closely with Area and Regional VPs of Sales and Customer Success
- Drive alignment, clarity, and execution across revenue-generating teams
- Design and build a best-in-class revenue operations function to drive sales process efficiency
- Partner with field sales leaders and stakeholders to identify and drive process excellence
Requirements
- 7+ years Sales or Revenue Operations experience in a Saas organization
- Significant experience in leading cross-functional teams, especially across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Strong skills in data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.) and best practices for design and administration.
