About the role
- Provide human resource services in staff development, training and organizational development with a high level of expertise in area(s) of specialization.
- Collaborate and consult with leaders at all levels of the organization and within the HR team.
- Design, customize and deliver OD interventions including organizational assessments, developing and/or implementing strategies, facilitating change management.
- Support team and/or leader development to strengthen TNC’s ability to deliver on its organizational goals and mission.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client-specific and organization-wide OD and learning opportunities.
- Directly support some key HR initiatives, including manager and leader development, onboarding, culture, coaching, mentoring, career development, and change management initiatives.
- Administer and maintain HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans according to HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years Human Resources work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination.
- Experience coordinating and leading projects.
- Experience responding to HR related questions, problems and data information requests from employees/management.
- Experience the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with integrated Human Resources Management Systems.
