About the role

  • Partner with AI engineers and data engineers to develop data-driven solutions that enhance product performance and customer experience.
  • Design, build, and maintain churn prediction models to identify and mitigate customer attrition.
  • Develop predictive and recommendation models to optimize personalization and engagement strategies.
  • Lead exploratory data analysis and modeling for AI and LLM (Large Language Model)-based projects.
  • Analyze and interpret marketing and customer datasets to uncover insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Champion data best practices and contribute to a culture of experimentation and measurement across teams.
  • Stay current with advances in machine learning, AI, and data infrastructure, applying them where relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning in a business environment.
  • Experience with AI/LLM technologies and understanding of their practical applications
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake).
  • Background in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, or retention modeling.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation and A/B testing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead analytics discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
