About the role

  • Act as the link between Mosaic and the customer to identify value-added solutions and raise awareness of Mosaic’s brands and strategy.
  • Manage the direct sales customer portfolio.
  • Monitor customer processes: order management, logistics, and distribution;
  • Propose and negotiate logistical alternatives;
  • Create and lead improvement projects;
  • Ensure that all registered customers are visited;
  • Conduct regular field visits;
  • Recommend actions based on competitor analysis versus Mosaic’s positioning;
  • Identify and present opportunities to apply performance products during field visits;

Requirements

  • Must reside in Sapezal (MT, Brazil)
  • Familiarity with the local region and customer base
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
  • Strong knowledge of soil fertility and plant bionutrition
  • Commercial experience in negotiation and sales, demand generation, and conducting field activities (demoplots, field days, presentations, and trainings)
  • Experience with direct sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Advanced understanding of the macroeconomic environment and its impact on agribusiness
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet)
  • Deep knowledge of the customers under your responsibility (structure, service level, processes, etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing — sales and communication campaigns
