About the role

  • Asset Production: Create and adapt co-branded design assets for various partners and channels including social media, email, web, print, and experiential activations.
  • Versioning & Resizing: Execute multiple versions of creative based on templates or master designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • File Prep & Delivery: Prepare final files for production, including packaging, exporting, and formatting for various platforms, partners, and vendors.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and proof assets for errors, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and adherence to both partner and internal brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Template Maintenance: Update and maintain design templates and libraries for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in production design or graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating multi-format execution (print, digital, experiential), versioning and resizing, and template-based work.
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Experience with Figma is a major plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Well-versed in designing for print (both large and small formats) and digital platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems and file organization best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset: Experience working with marketers and product teams to refine creative approaches.
  • A passion for or interest in sports or the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
  • Candidates should be located in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
