About the role
- The Senior Director – Growth will be responsible for driving the next evolution of organic growth at Hard Rock Digital.
- Oversee community initiatives, content, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Define and execute strategies to build a new Community function that fosters brand engagement.
- Maximize presence across traditional and next-generation discovery ecosystems.
- Guide experimentation across growth levers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve unified growth objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital growth and strategy
- 5+ years of community-building experience with Discord
- Experience with CRO and experimentation frameworks for web and app environments
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Proven success leading multi-channel organic growth strategies
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical SEO
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize AI workflows
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
