About the role

  • Lead and enhance our wagering integrity program, including monitoring, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activity and prohibited person wagering.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on integrity-related regulations, directives, and internal controls across all jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally throughout Trading, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to identify and escalate integrity risks.
  • Manage relationships and communications with internal stakeholders, regulators, independent integrity monitors, and sports governing bodies.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for incident tracking, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate efficient responses to integrity alerts and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Support internal audits and contribute to the development of long-term integrity strategies.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure our integrity program remains compliant and adaptive.
  • Assist with the compilation of weekly integrity and audit reports for leadership.
  • Evaluate new technologies and methods to improve integrity monitoring and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sports wagering, integrity, senior trading operations, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the angles and strategies used to undermine the integrity of an event for the purpose of wagering.
  • Familiarity with the long tail of the sports wagering catalog.
  • Experience investigating suspicious activity and managing incident response.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and integrity monitoring requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in regulatory and incident reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Trading, Legal, Compliance, and Product.
