About the role
- Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning
- Implement and manage group policies and dynamic group membership rules
- Oversee license management and optimization for Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Coordinate with HR and business units on user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain organizational unit structures and administrative role assignments
- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for enterprise applications
- Implement and manage Conditional Access policies
- Administer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies and user enrolment
- Monitor and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests
- Manage privileged access and administrative role assignments
- Perform regular system health checks and optimize performance
- Monitor identity infrastructure security alerts and respond to incidents
- Document identity management procedures and maintain operational documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Knowledge of on-premises Active Directory and hybrid identity scenarios
- Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104) (preferred)
- Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator certification (SC-300) (preferred)
